Insurance Reimbursement
Golden Latch does not submit out of network claims directly to insurance companies. However, an insurance superbill can be provided upon request for clients who wish to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement depending on their individual coverage. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your lactation care benefits.
